Therapy dog celebrates 3rd birthday and promotion to major

I guess “Teddy” is a popular name for therapy dogs, yesterday I added a post about a service dog named Teddy helping veterans here in the states, today’s post is a photo of a therapy dog named Teddy helping troops overseas.
